I agree. What is there for Neal to gain? Suing people takes money and an emotional investment. I can't see how he could find anything good coming out of this, other than to inflict pain on her. In doing so he will inflict pain on himself and his family members too. Not worth it, IMO.

4. An order enjoining Defendant preliminarily and permanently from making or publishing any statement, written or verbal, either directly or indirectly, to or through internet social media, media outlets or reporters, or other persons or entities, concerning Plaintiff’s relationship with Amber Schon or Plaintiff’s children with Amber Schon, or publishing or causing to be published in any manner, either directly or indirectly, any information concerning Plaintiff’s relationship with Amber Schon or Plaintiff’s children with Amber Schon;
5. Awarding Plaintiff his costs and disbursements incurred herein, including reasonable attorneys fees;
6. Awarding Plaintiff pre-judgment and post-judgment interest allowable by law; and
7. Awarding Plaintiff such further and other relief as the Court deems just and equitable.

The child out of wedlock is 4 I think. Dad is not in the picture either, she has moved on to a new guy now. Well its been a couple years.
Just think lilttle Sophie probably doesn t even know her Dad, she was just a baby when they moved to MN. She made a mistake by getting divorced in MN and not CA, I think !
He has to have some sort of visitation, I say let it happen.
Now that would be funny as hell.
